I was excited to see Ginebra's game today cause I was looking forward for it the whole week. It's the quarter finals against Alaska best of 5, Alaska won the first to games but Ginebra got back in the series by winning the next two.
I was hella excited for the 5th and final game of the quarter finals between Ginebra and Alaska, I was confident that Ginebra will win this series cause they have the momentum coming from their win in the last two games plus the never say die spirit of the Ginebra squad.
I was watching the game since it started and Ginebra has the lead before half-time and their biggest lead was 15 until they blew it out when the 3rd quarter started allowing Alaska to get back to the game. It was a hella exciting game, lots of dead locks and lead changes until the last two minutes came.
Alaska was in control when the last two minutes mark came so I decided not to watch anymore. I went to my laptop and went to Ginebra's fan page on facebook so I can get updates even I'm not watching the game. So, I was reading the updates of fans and suddenly Ginebra got back in the game courtesy of Jayjay Helterbrand swishing a three and a steal that led to a lay up and a quick 5 to 0 run for Ginebra (According to Ginebra's fan page updates) I was hella excited and I wanted to watch it again on tv but I had no time anymore so I just waited for more updates.
5 seconds left and Ginebra has the ball but Alaska was up by 1 and Ginebra blew the play. They had their chance to win the game but they blew it.
