Tweet Featured! [LIFE]

Last night, Julius Babao tweeted a poll question something about if we agree to a ban of kids who carol in the streets. I tweeted back "I think so cause one time I didn't gave them money and decided to give my car a scratch."

Minutes after, some guy tweeted me "haha na air tweet mo sa bandila...congrts". I was like? WTF? seroiusly? Bandila? as in the late night news show? I googled the bandila episode where my tweet was featured, fortunately I found it.

Thank you to Mr. Julius Babao for reading my tweet and Bandila for featuring it. Julius Babao kinda messed up the pronunciation of my twitter username but it's totally fine, I feel so overwhelmed!

Beats by JC [LIFE]

I was looking for a beat maker so that I wont have issues with copyright when I upload my videos on youtube and luckily I came across this one, Acoustica Beatcraft. First, I was like how can I do this? I don't even know how to operate this one and then I just clicked some buttons and fortunately I found my way around it but I'm not that good at it.

Overall, it's a good and friendly beat making software. It consists of some different drum kits where you can choose at your own pleasure with just a click and arrange the patterns to make a dope beat.

After I figured my way around it, I decided to make a sample beat. This is just a random beat, it's my first time so it's not that good.

Dad is Coming Home!

This was just a random video I saw on YouTube and it was so nice. I was surprised and kinda happy of what happened. I can feel the Christmas breeze already. Plus this happened on the day of my birthday but I didn't know that this was happening back then.

Samsung Galaxy Tab [RANDOM]

I just saw the official commercial of samsung galaxy tab in TV and I think it was interesting, I had to google it. It looks really nice and it's smaller than the iPad and it is also powered by android which I'm a big fan of cause I have a android phones before. So, overall it is a great Christmas present. LOL

Post-Birthday Celebration [LIFE]

Finally we found time to gather again. I didn't celebrate my birthday on the actual day cause I wasn't here and I'm at my uncle's wake out of town and when we got back I was too busy in school and I decided to celebrate it tonight with my homies Gin, Fred and Daniel. Kevin is missing though cause he studies out of town. Tonight was hella fun, catching up on old stories and teasing each other like we always do.

Technically, it's my Birthday! [LIFE]

My real birthday is November 13 but in my drivers license, it says November 19. It must have been a typo error when I took my license but none the less Happy Birthday to me, technically. LOL

We Will Miss You Uncle [LIFE]

My uncle passed away on November 8, 2010. My uncle Edwin and I are not that really close but he's the only uncle I have in my mom's side of the family. I still remember when we were still young, when we visit them at their place my uncle always buy us stuffs. He died because of bone cancer, I really don't know all the details cause I didn't bothered. The last time my mom and dad visited my uncle at the hospital when he was still alive, my uncle told dad that 'I AM READY'. When dad told us that I felt so sad for him but what can we do? Nothing really.

We went at their place on November 13, it was my birthday. When we got there at their home where the wake was being held my aunt hugged mom and dad so tight crying and it brought tears to my eyes. We bought some food cause it was my birthday when we went there. Sad that I didn't celebrate my birthday with friends but it's more sad that my uncle died and it's okay. Other that my uncle passing away, it was really nice seeing my cousins again with their kids this time. I was still little when we last met and they don't have families yet. I'm really sad for my aunt cause now she's the only one living at their house on weekdays, but my cousin manang Nene always visits her during the weekends.

The saddest part of that event was the burial, seeing my aunt moan in grief was very emotional not only for me but all the people who witnessed it. I guess it's time to move on but it's not that easy. My family are always here for them cause my aunt is the only sister of my mom.

Graveyard Class... [LIFE]

...Not really.

It's my first time attending my 7:00pm class onwards since the semester just started. This class is very tiring. Tiring in the sense that I have class the whole day and I still have this one at night. Well, that's the sacrifice you have to do if you're serious about your studies. Which by the way is not me. LOL The class schedule is totally fine IF I'll be able to bring a car cause I barely find pedicabs at this time of night.

But tonight we didn't really do much, our teacher just gave us some exercises to do and he dismissed us earlier than our actual dismissal.

Someone To Look Up To [LIFE]

I'm not a basketball player nor doing that good in school, I'm just a regular student but Severino "Nonoy" Baclao's life story is something to be admired and looked up to. Having a less fortunate family when he was young and now a multi-millionaire basketball pro playing at Asia's oldest pro basketball league also known as the PBA(Philippine Basketball Association). We went to the same school when he was still in high school and I was in elementary, my brother and Noy Baclao was classmates. Hearing his story, kind of a rags to riches story is very heart warming especially the fact that I know him personally.
