For the first time in Amazing Race Asia the Philippine team won. It was composed of Richard Hardin a 34 year old basketball player and Richard Herrera a 31 year old model. The past couple of Season of Amazing Race Asia the Philippines was only second. On this season there were two team that represents the Philippines, the other team was Jess and Lani.

Congratulations to the Riches for winning the Amazing Race Asia and giving honor to the Philippines.

Last December 5, the Philippine National football team defeated the reigning champion Vietnam of the ASEAN Football Federation Suzuki Cup clash at the My Dinh National Stadium Sunday night. After the game the Philippine team's head coach went to give the Vietnam team's coach a handshake, and the Vietnam coach snubbed the Azkals coach's hand shake.

So last December 4, my aunt (the wife of my uncle who died) visited us here with her two daughters (my cousins) and their kids. It was just last minute when they informed us that they're coming and we were kinda shocked but also excited.

They arrived here at noon, I fetched them from the port then went straight to our house. They only stayed overnight so we planned to hit a lot of places. My cousins kids were a lot of fun, especially the twins luke and luis. I can barely recognize those two cause they look the same. The only sign is that luke has a mole in his upper lip and luis has a mole in the bridge of his nose.

We definitely had a lot of fun with them and we were uber happy that they decided to visit us here. My main point of this post is its really nice seeing my aunt again, happy and having fun after the burial of my uncle (her husband). I can see that my aunt is moving on from her loss. She went shopping galore and i think its a sign that she's trying to overcome the sadness.

They're planning to go here again this summer but with all the family and go on a vacation. I cant wait for it and i hope summer will come fast. I miss them already!

Last night, Julius Babao tweeted a poll question something about if we agree to a ban of kids who carol in the streets. I tweeted back "I think so cause one time I didn't gave them money and decided to give my car a scratch."

Minutes after, some guy tweeted me "haha na air tweet mo sa bandila...congrts". I was like? WTF? seroiusly? Bandila? as in the late night news show? I googled the bandila episode where my tweet was featured, fortunately I found it.

I was looking for a beat maker so that I wont have issues with copyright when I upload my videos on youtube and luckily I came across this one, Acoustica Beatcraft. First, I was like how can I do this? I don't even know how to operate this one and then I just clicked some buttons and fortunately I found my way around it but I'm not that good at it.

Overall, it's a good and friendly beat making software. It consists of some different drum kits where you can choose at your own pleasure with just a click and arrange the patterns to make a dope beat.

Post-Birthday Celebration [LIFE]

Finally we found time to gather again. I didn't celebrate my birthday on the actual day cause I wasn't here and I'm at my uncle's wake out of town and when we got back I was too busy in school and I decided to celebrate it tonight with my homies Gin, Fred and Daniel. Kevin is missing though cause he studies out of town. Tonight was hella fun, catching up on old stories and teasing each other like we always do.

My real birthday is November 13 but in my drivers license, it says November 19. It must have been a typo error when I took my license but none the less Happy Birthday to me, technically. LOL

We Will Miss You Uncle [LIFE]

My uncle passed away on November 8, 2010. My uncle Edwin and I are not that really close but he's the only uncle I have in my mom's side of the family. I still remember when we were still young, when we visit them at their place my uncle always buy us stuffs. He died because of bone cancer, I really don't know all the details cause I didn't bothered. The last time my mom and dad visited my uncle at the hospital when he was still alive, my uncle told dad that 'I AM READY'. When dad told us that I felt so sad for him but what can we do? Nothing really.

We went at their place on November 13, it was my birthday. When we got there at their home where the wake was being held my aunt hugged mom and dad so tight crying and it brought tears to my eyes. We bought some food cause it was my birthday when we went there. Sad that I didn't celebrate my birthday with friends but it's more sad that my uncle died and it's okay. Other that my uncle passing away, it was really nice seeing my cousins again with their kids this time. I was still little when we last met and they don't have families yet. I'm really sad for my aunt cause now she's the only one living at their house on weekdays, but my cousin manang Nene always visits her during the weekends.

The saddest part of that event was the burial, seeing my aunt moan in grief was very emotional not only for me but all the people who witnessed it. I guess it's time to move on but it's not that easy. My family are always here for them cause my aunt is the only sister of my mom.

It's my first time attending my 7:00pm class onwards since the semester just started. This class is very tiring. Tiring in the sense that I have class the whole day and I still have this one at night. Well, that's the sacrifice you have to do if you're serious about your studies. Which by the way is not me. LOL The class schedule is totally fine IF I'll be able to bring a car cause I barely find pedicabs at this time of night.

But tonight we didn't really do much, our teacher just gave us some exercises to do and he dismissed us earlier than our actual dismissal.

I'm not a basketball player nor doing that good in school, I'm just a regular student but Severino "Nonoy" Baclao's life story is something to be admired and looked up to. Having a less fortunate family when he was young and now a multi-millionaire basketball pro playing at Asia's oldest pro basketball league also known as the PBA(Philippine Basketball Association). We went to the same school when he was still in high school and I was in elementary, my brother and Noy Baclao was classmates. Hearing his story, kind of a rags to riches story is very heart warming especially the fact that I know him personally.

Reunited With Cousins [LIFE]

Saturday afternoon when my cousin Zimran arrived here at Bacolod with his fellow Pastors cause they have a inter-church basketball  league here. Zimran stayed at our house while the other Pastors stayed at some church. We were excited, we went food trippin' the first night he was here, even though he's a Pastor we went to get beers plus pizzas at greenoz. Monday afternoon when Zimran's sister Rejoice arrived, when she arrived we went food trippin' also, that's how we do it. ;) It was almost midnight and we decided to drive thru McDonalds and we went DVD marathon when we got home.

This was after dinner. We grabbed some desserts at bascon.

We got fries from drive thru and bought some juice to complete it.

Tuesday, 4th day of cousin Zimran while Rejoice's 2nd. We just basically roam the city. We ate lunch at Cafe West, my school's Coffee Shop. Afterwards we went directly to SM just to stroll. Unfortunately I have exams during that time so I went back to school and left them there and I miss all the fun. After my exams, my brother picked me up at school and went again there. Met with some other cousins for some mini-reunion of us. We went to bredco port afterwards and just chilled there.

At bredco port just chillin', eating some chips, sound trippin', cam whoring and just having fun.

Went home, ate dinner and we decided to catch the last full show and just decide there at the mall what to watch. We ended up watching splice and I'm not that happy of the movie but I'm with my cousins so It was a worth while. It was the last night of my cousins here that's why we decided to watch a movie.

Wednesday morning, my cousin Zimran woke me up to drive them. We first drove Rejoice at the port and Zimran at the bus terminal afterwards. All in all, my cousins stay here was a blast. Didn't had so much fun with my cousins in a while and this one is on the top of my list. This will definitely not the last.

Rejoice left a thank you note for the whole family. Thank you too, cuz.

Words can't complete the fun and joy that we had with our cousins. This post was only the highlights of their stay.

This Weeks Break Down [LIFE]

This week is our sports fest and today is the last day. We pretty much didn't have class cause of all the activities going on so it's kinda good. It's been a fun and tiring week after all those shit we did. I did really nothing, all I did was watch some random games and just get over the day, and do the same thing the next day.

And also, good thing cause we get to wear civilian clothes cause I've been sick of our uniforms. For me, this week was just a relaxing week for me, a good break before the final exams start. Overcome some of my concerns about my failing grades this week so I'm happy that it's finally done.

I have no idea what's gonna happen today at school, all I know is there's a cheerleading competition that's gonna happen. And hopefully I'll get HER number. LMAO

There's This Girl [LIFE]

Aight, lemme tell you the whole story about her.

I think it was just last Friday. Me and my friend AJ was having a little chat about something at this eatery. He told me that there was this one girl that he really thinks that is beautiful. He described her as when he looks at her face he feels so light. You know, that feeling that when you see something or someone and you feel so relaxed and just light. I was like, okaaaay I haven't even seen her yet.

After like five minutes we decided to go inside our school to just stroll around and see what's going on. Accidentally we came across her and I was just staring at her and feeling that light feeling. We were like uh oh, what are we going to do and we did nothing. But there's one thing I couldn't forget when that happened, she smiled at me.

To make the long story short, it's been a week since I first saw her and she's on my mind like everyday since that. She caught me (If you know what I'm saying). I always see her in school, come across to each other and we even eat at the same eatery near school BUT I don't even know her name ye and I badly want to get her number. When we see each other I can catch her looking at me at times, not to be confident but there's something. I can feel it. And just so you know, I'm already envisioning her as my girlfriend. LMAO I know, it's a little too fast, okay it is really fast.

It's Been A While [LIFE]

I've been busy these past days and I haven't updated this blog. This is a pretty lame excuse but I've been busy in school. As if I'm attending all my classes, okay just a few of 'em. This post is just basically an update for y'all who visits my blog (which no one does) LOL

Aight, imma break it down to you what has been happening in my life these past few days.

Dad recently bought a car because his car has a huge bump in the rear bumper so he doesn't have anything to use if his car is going to be repaired. Just yesterday he got his car back and it's good to go. The car he bought which is second hand and he bought it from his cousin is now with my brother, but he needs to pay for it monthly to dad.

This is the new car that dad bought, it's a 2000 Honda City colored metallic blue. Oh, btw, that's sister in the trunk. LOL

Last September 20 was Jelly Vel's birthday so she had a party, and she lives out of town. At that time I really want to borrow the new car dad bought and fortunately he let me BUT it's a long story how I borrowed it. It really went well, We had fun there.

I took this photo when I was driving home from the party, I was on 110 KPH so I decided to take a photo of it for remembrance.

Tonight, September 22 was Tita Helen's birthday, she celebrated it at Planta Hotel. I had a kinda big role there, I was the one who made her tarpaulin and slide show.
To show at the party, I made all of it like 5 hours before the party so I was hella pressured.

I had a talk with my self that I'll pig out only on Sundays, why? because Sundays are family time and we go out a lot, it's so hard to avoid not to eat plenty of foods especially if it's free. LOL

So today was Sunday and I kept that promise, I ate a lot today. FTW? Imma break it down for you. Ate lunch here at our house with a bunch of extended fam, so it's a celebration when we're together. I was so full from lunch and dad bought some ice cream at the nearest supermarket and we ate dessert. Dinner at Guanzon's crib, I told  my self that I wont eat dinner because I was still full from lunch but the electricity went out and I had nothing to do so I ate dinner. I know, lame excuse just to eat. Went home at around 9pm and we were half-way near our house and they called to grab desserts from starbucks and dad didn't think twice, went directly there.

So my main point is that, I hope that I can accomplish this that Sundays are pigged out day and the rest of the week is DIET. I hope.

It's Been A Year?

My mom told us that it's been a year since someone broke in into our house and robbed it. But until now it's still fresh from my mind, I still get freaked out when I hear some weird noise outside our house, maybe I'm traumatized.

Traumatized in a way that just a little sound from the roof makes me nervous and I always go to bed with my baseball bat beside me.

I still can't believe that today was the anniversary of that incident. Maybe it's time to let go of it and forget about it but it's just so hard. I still hear a lot of stories that some house got robbed near us and that makes me still feel that someone is just around. I hope not. I just thought of blogging this to let it out of me.

Bus Hostage Game

Apparently some Chinese people made a game about the hostage drama in Manila that took place in Quirino Grandstand. The game is called Bus Hostage by Policeman, I know, the title kinda sucks. But, we can't blame those Chinese Nationals who made this game and even the whole Chinese community. Maybe they're too angry at the Philippines especially at Pres. Binigno "Noynoy" Aquino, that's why they made this game.


The game is basically about shooting PNOY(Pres. Aquino) smiling inside the bus. This is just sad for me, this will really affect the relationship between the Filipinos and Chinese Nationals.

It's a big NO NO for me if you have one UNLESS you really need it and your teeth are really not in position. Because some are just getting braces for accessory because they think they will look good on it, you're totally wrong.

Get your mind set right guys, it's more appreciable if you don't have one and again UNLESS you really need it. I'll say it one more time, IT'S A RANDOM THOUGHT!
